I believe that as a culture that has lost its mind, some new words and practices might come in handy. I choose reflexivity, a word used in social sciences, to use informally as in self-reflection and skills towards more creative and satisfying action.
My intention is also to bring in ideas and practices of how we can know what we know, that is, how we may develop and deepen our personal philosophy and practice of living life as a rich gift.
